And as someone said a few posts ago about it not being a heat thing kind of prove my it is a heat thing.. that was my point in saying it might not be just a sun thing. If my head is hot now matter the temp, I get sick. I was reading in an air conditioned room and the heat from the awful reading light above my head started making me sick. If it is hot out and I can get my head wet and in the shade I can be okay. Your posts added to my suspicions.. it is something with the body not being able to cool the head properly. Just seems my head is extra sensitive to the heat. I realized the water thing when I was at a car wash once as a teen. I started getting sick (even in the shade) and someone sprayed me and I started feeling a bit better. I kept my head wet the rest of the time and didn't not end up sick. The water cooled my head. Swimming in the sun as long as my head is wet works too. Otherwise I can't be out in the heat unfortunately.
