I'm not personally selling the book but I found it on amazon.com. I dont drink caffeine but I do remember it talking about how it affected fertility in a negative way. They key really is better health is simply better fertility. I'm not saying surgeries and RX's don't have their place, but I am saying that it is my responsibility to be as healthy as possible before I start treatments so they can have a better outcome. Some of the guidleines in the book are pretty simple, stick to proteins with (certain) fish and Beans and legumes, consume whole milk ( in small amounts) buy meats and vegetables and fruits that are hormone free and organic when possible, stay away from anything processed or enriched. The thing is, we hear this everywhere..but this book shows through their 25 year study what these foods can do to a woman's body, especially one who is already have hormonal problems. I was shocked to learn how my sugar and proccessed/enriched food intake affected my insulin which in turn is THE conductor to your hormones. Eye opener for me. The book was reasonable on amazon, i think I bought it used. if you need me to look up something in the book specifically i will, i'm just not near the book at the moment. Good luck!
