Wow, this is really exciting to read this. I just started this program, it is my first month. I'm feeling better and have less stress and more energy. I was hoping it was not just in my head.

Dear Anon, thank you very much for your post and question. This is a great place to ask and learn more about new products, treatment modalities, etc. I have never heard about the Insulite PCOS System until now. I visited the website you provided and from the quick review, it appears to be a nutraceutical-based modality for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrom (PCOS. Did not find any claims their system "cures" this condition. I am glad I did not.
PCOS is a hormonal imbalance linked to the way the body processes insulin after it has been produced by the pancreas to regulate blood sugar (glucose). Medical literature believes that insulin resistance is an underlying cause of PCOS along with many other factors such as our environment, lifestyles, stress, poor nutrition, etc. Some people have been told that they may have a genetic predisposition to Insulin Resistance while others develop the condition through high stress and unhealthy lifestyles. Either way, I believe that you can achieve great results by committing to changing the way you eat, exercise, manage stress, etc.
The PCOS system according to their website is not a miracle cure for PCOS. There is a note at the bottom of one of the pages on the site that reads:
"Please Note: The Insulite PCOS System is not a medical treatment and neither is it a substitute for the advice of your primary care physician. Instead, the Insulite System is a nutraceutical and lifestyle approach that supports your body's abilities to better manage or reverse your condition"
The word "nutraceutical" refers to nutritional supplements, in this case their own proprietary formula. The sites shows four of these products. In addition to taking them the Insulite PCOS system requires four other steps:
1. Nutraceuticals (their own supplements)
2. Nutrition
3. Exercise
4. Addiction Awareness
5. Support
As a Health/Wellness Coach, I do not believe in improving health unless my client is committed to the above steps 2 through 5. There is no product out there that offers quick miracles. If you are going to spend the money purchasing Insulite supplements, I hope you also consider the other steps to achieve the desire results. A word of caution, one of their products contains testosterone, a male hormone. I suggest you consider talking to your doctor before taking testosterone.
