Hello, I'm Aimee.I also know panic attacks very well. I get so freaked out by other people looking at me, that I want to run away and hide. Sounds crazy I know, but if I go out somewhere, I can't do crowds.
Anxiey meds should help some but, you still may have them. What I do when it happens is find a quiet place to breathe and relax. I have gotten so paranoid, i won't go to the mall when there busy. I actually waited til the mall was empty and shop.......

Hi, I'm John. I know how it feels to suffer from panic and anxiety attacks, I've had them for years. Recently, I was able to get rid of them forever, though. I started a website to share my experience and tips with other people, check it out here: http://goodbyepanicattacks.net

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and and I am very sorry to hear about your loss. Stress often affects people in different ways and since this happened after this stressful time and the anxiety attacks certainly sound like stess issues. Go to your doctor as anxiety can be extremely scary and also can often feel like a heart attack. Your doctor will be able to help you try to deal with the anxiety and will probably health the stomach and heartburn issues too. Keep us posted.
