Clinical studies have shown mixed results in regards to whether "female viagra" is effective, unfortunately. More studies are being conducted, but it most likely depends on several factors, including the cause(s) to your sexual dysfunction or lack of desire, other treatments you have tried, other medical conditions, etc.
Have you talked with your doctor about your symptoms? If not, feel free to discuss the actual symptoms you are experiencing (low libido, lack of lubrication, for examples) and we can provide some more information.
