1 tbsp serving of cream cheese has 15 mg of phosphorus and 17 mg of potassium. Lowfat cream cheese is a great alternative to hard cheeses such as cheddar cheese for those following a low potassium diet. 

I think this link from the EmpowHER community would be really helpful for you since you are following a low potassium diet.
