i stop ussing pill,now i still dont have period

Dear Billa, thanks for your post. I understand your concern about not getting your period yet but you are actually still within time of getting your period. Remember that a normal cycle may be as short as 21 and as long as 35 days.

It may also take a little longer to come back because you were on birth control pills up until last month so your body needs to return to it's normal hormone producing state. For many women, their period resumes 4-6 weeks after their last pill, but some may take up to three months. Anything longer than 3 months warrants a visit to your doctor.

Because you are concerned about having unprotected sex, I would suggest that you give it a couple more weeks, then take a pregnancy test if you still don't have your period. I think your body just needs time to re-adapt.
