i am only 20 and have no kids and due to the birth control i am on i do not have a period so i am concerned as to why my nipples are so sore even hold my puppy hurts.

Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. It is not common to have sore nipples on a chronic basis and therefore, I would follow up with your treating physician about your pain. Your body may be telling you something that there may be an issue.
