Dinh,
If you know that he doesn't ejaculate most of the time, then so does he. Believe me that even if it goes unspoken, he is well aware of the problem. A good time to bring this up is when you are both home and alone--definitely not during, before, or after sex. You are both adults in a relationship and if you are trying to have children =or would like to in the future, then there is good reason to be concerned.
Wishing you the best,
Rosa

Hi Dinh,
Thank your for your question! Your partner may be suffering from delayed ejaculation. Delayed ejaculation — sometimes called impaired ejaculation — is a condition in which it takes an extended period of sexual stimulation for a man to reach sexual climax and release semen from the penis (ejaculate). Some men with delayed ejaculation are unable to ejaculate at all.
Delayed ejaculation can be temporary or permanent. Possible causes of delayed ejaculation include certain chronic health conditions, surgeries and medications--but it is definitely not you. Treatment for delayed ejaculation depends on the underlying cause.
It's normal for men to have delayed ejaculation from time to time. Delayed ejaculation is only a problem if it's ongoing or causes stress for you or your partner.
Physical causes of delayed ejaculation include:
Certain birth defects affecting the male reproductive system
Injury to the pelvic nerves, which control orgasm
Spinal cord injury
Prostate surgery, such as transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) or prostate removal
Heart surgery
Prostate infection or urinary tract infection
Neurological diseases, such as diabetes, stroke or nerve damage to the spinal cord
Psychological causes of delayed ejaculation include:
Depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions
Stress
Fatigue
Relationship problems due to stress, poor communication or other concerns
Anxiety about performance
Cultural or religious taboos
It can also be caused by certain medications.
