Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

We cannot say exactly why you have this lump.

It may be something called a chalazion. This is a blocked oil gland that can be cleared by using warm compresses. It could also be a stye - an infection of a lash follicle that forms a red, sore lump. Styes can occur from stress which can happen after any kind of surgery when the immune system is lower than usual.
Please report this lump to the clinic where your surgery was preformed so you can schedule an exam.

Best,
Ssuan
