I am tired. Not interested in ANYTHING. I cannot concentrate. Dr. says blood is fine. He told me to take a walk. That was so upsetting, I will not go back. It is with Kaiser.

Thanks so much. I really feel intimidated by the system sometimes, however on my way to a female Dr. Please I need feedback. Also it hurts to have sex. I'm 57 and it is so different. It hurts!

We appreciate you sharing your experience on EmpowHER. Good for you to walk away from that doctor and hopefully seek a second opinion. You may find the book "Screaming to be Heard" by Dr. Elizabeth Vliet helpful. She has some pretty specific guidelines around what bloodwork women should ask for or have. Please update us with anything you find out.
