Newly diagnosed UIP (usual insterstitial pneumonia) following biopsy

Terrified. Never even heard of this disease. Have to have more lung function tests but looking on internet news not good. really need some support family devastated and i am too.

I am in the same boat. I just know that we need to keep our chins up and work with our drs. My husband did not support me in anyway and he is no longer my husband. My room mate and daughter do their best and it helps. You don't need to be a Pollyanna but do try to see the good in your world!
