Low Libido

By October 7, 2014 - 8:27am

Do any of you have a low sex drive? I have been married for 20 years to the most wonderful man. He is sexy, funny, smart, and a great father and husband. For the past few months, I have had no desire to have sex. I do it out of obligation. I want our marriage to last. Do any of you have any suggestions?

Its so sweet that you care about him so much :)

Okay, so the first thing you could do is that you should discuss it with your husband. I'm sure that he'll understand and you guys can reach a solution.

If you don't want to do that then the second thing you could do is,try and be romantic yourself. Plan surprises for him, go on for dates, movies. Spend some quality time together. These all activities will slowly make you guys more close which will ignite the passion in you and you won't have to get intimate out of obligation. And, before having sex, tease each other a bit. Throw on some sexy lingerie, take your time to build excitement which will spice things up and you would be able to enjoy the lovely time.

Sometimes, we just have to pay attention to small things. Try to feel like you are dating him and do things that makes both of you happy. Feel romantic.. romance is the key to it.

I hope it helps :)
