Eating sugary things may give students the high they need for class but soon afterward the sugar fades and students are left with the problem of finding more sugary energy to study the night. Peanut Butter

Peanut butter may be high in calories, but its many other benefits will help you throughout your day. Peanut butter has about eight percent of dietary fiber and about 24 percent of protein. Those round juicy fruits are really good energy and immune boosters. Oranges contain large amounts of vitamin C, calcium, folic acid, magnesium, potassium and vitamin B6.
