Dash of freshly ground pepper
Balsamic vinegar½ cup
Sugar1 tablespoon

  2. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour balsamic vinegar into a small sauce pan. Add sugar and heat over medium-high heat until reduced to about 2 tablespoons, stirring regularly.
  4. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steaks and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness.
  5. Place steaks on serving plates and drizzle with balsamic sauce.
