Ladies looking for a quick fix sooner or later realize that using synthetic drugs only mask the symptoms and don't adequately address the root cause of the problem thus leaving them exposed to problems more severe than just painful periods later down the road.
If you really want to stop painful periods, endometriosis symptoms, fibroids, ovarian cysts and other reproductive issues...focusing on what you're putting in your mouth is the best course of action. A healthy colon is also critical because excess estrogen gets released in the bowels and recirculated into the system.

We're going to disagree with Anonymous, and say that colon cleansing isn't the place to start. There's no one correct answer that will work exactly as well, or in the same order, for you as for your friend or your sister or whoever. And, it's true, some women can "eat their way out of PMS" which is why we provide guidance on what to eat, what not to eat, how to address hypoglycemia and food allergies, and more http://www.pmscomfort.com/pms-diet/. Of course, diet alone doesn't work for many women with PMS and PMDD, so that exercise; stress reduction; vitamins and minerals; and herbal medicine are necessary for many. Of course, many women turn to anti-depressants or hormonal treatments (birth control pill) for PMS and PMDD, and while these seem to be "life savers" for many women, others cannot tolerate the sometimes serious side effects of these medications http://www.pmscomfort.com/blog/post/2011/09/02/Antidepressants-Birth-Control-PMS-PMDD.aspx
March 9, 2012 - 11:33amand many women simply prefer to avoid using synthetic drug chemicals in their body.

Take it from me...
Whether you're trying to improve your overall health; struggle with fatigue or PMS; battling weight gain; trying to relieve constipation, bloating, and gas; hoping to ease indigestion, rid your body of toxins and parasites, or relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and diverticulitis, a colon cleanse is the place to start.
