hi, i know the title is confusing, but for the past 2 years i have been only getting a period every 4 months and when it comes it is really really heavy and painful and lasts about a week to two weeks. and i pretty much have daily pelvic pain but its livable (i have lived with the pain for about 2 years)
(no possible chance of being pregnant im a virgin)
what could these symptoms be caused by? for a while i thought it sounded like i just have a very large uterus that takes a long time to fill up. could that be true?
(btw im comming here because i have not had a period for about 3 months and about 3 days ago i started getting worse pelvic pain and spotting but not a whole period)
