Thought for Today: A little kindness and a few words of sincere appreciation often brighten up my day. I suspect the need to be appreciated and loved is coded in our DNA. What if you gave yourself a love note every day? How would that change your day, or your life?
Mood: Love – Feeling Appreciated
For a while now I have been receiving a daily love note from my boyfriend. He writes a simple note on a sticky and puts it in my purse for me to see in the morning before I start my day.
His note is sometimes silly and sometimes sweet. Sometimes it’s a simple word of appreciation, and sometimes it’s an expression of his gratitude. His little notes have become an important part of my day, bringing me many smiles.
I feel really blessed…
