After decades of losing weight only to gain it back, I finally discovered a system that worked for me to lose over 200 pounds and keep it off. Part of this "secret" is that the only way to keep a smaller body is to grow a bigger life and to literally re-invent yourself. In my case, this has allowed me to keep the weight off for over ten years. The downside is that it took a toll on my marriage.
On this show we are going to explore whether it's possible or advisable for one spouse to coach the other to lose weight and get healthy.
