this person has had many strokes now hes having trouble walking feet hurt and hands and arms,,and he choking on his food,,

is this possible another stroke or what I am a care taker of him he can wipe his butt cause hes can reach around to do it,he pee in the floor and he can feel his feet or hands and arm right,,
