Home > on 02/07/18 at 3am I woke to get a bottle of water. As i drank I passed out and hit the back of my head on my breakfast bar at the feet. I was unconscious for 2.and a half hours. Had 5 staples to close wound. I went back to work 5 days later.

I drive a semi hauling steel. I have constant headaches,dizzy wobbly cant concentrate. I have been off work since the 26th of Feb. Tried to go back to work on the 12th but headches got worse and still are.
