on 02/07/18 at 3am I woke to get a bottle of water. As i drank I passed out and hit the back of my head on my breakfast bar at the feet. I was unconscious for 2.and a half hours. Had 5 staples to close wound. I went back to work 5 days later.

I drive a semi hauling steel. I have constant headaches,dizzy wobbly cant concentrate. I have been off work since the 26th of Feb. Tried to go back to work on the 12th but headches got worse and still are.

This can be the result of a concussion or something more serious. We cannot know. You need to follow up with your doctor and/or see a neurologist. A CT scan may be advised.
