Home > Hello everyone! This morning I was walking with my dog through the forest, and was sprinting fairly quickly when I twisted my ankle (I think) on a tree root. It has now been around (?) an hour since the accident, but I still cannot walk on that foot as it
is too painful. However, the foot is not bruised nor swollen (there may be minor swelling but too little to be treated as a serious case. I am not sure what to do as I want to get on my feet as soon as possible but want to avoid going to the doctor for something as unserious as what I have.
Thanks! :)
