I don't eat out much, I wish I could afford to financially because the clean up at my house takes forever! I can't afford to, healthwise, either. Even meals that are 'good for us' seem to be full of fat and sodium.
Here is a list of well known restaurants and the content of many of their signature meals. Some items are downright decadent and some are sensible. Doesn't look like anything is fat free - but who goes out to eat with the assumption that it'll be super low cal?
But this list may at least help us make the occasional healthy choice when we eat out!
