Janice Montana is the founder and president of PEP Enterprises, as well as the president of Datavest Corporation, a venture capital fund. She formed PEP Enterprises in 1982. PEP specializes in organizing and directing large meetings, conventions and motivation programs for domestic and international corporations. PEP has been recognized as a top company in the meetings, motivation and not for profit association world. Montana served as the 1994 President of the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) and is a member of the Meeting Professionals International as well as the American Society of Association Executives. She was the first American woman to be honored with the prestigious CMM destination by MPI and the Cornell University Hotel School of International management in Geneva.

A trustee of Childelp USA, Montana is also a member of Charter l00, an honors organization that recognizes the 125 top Arizona women. She is also a designated founding member of Celebrity Fight Night, which honors Muhammed Ali and raises money for Parkinson’s disease. She has served on the boards of the National Conference of Community and Justice, the Phoenix Police Foundation, Arizona Theatre Company, the Phoenix Symphony and the Symphony Pops, the advisory board of the Motivation Show, and Joint Meetings and Industry Council, The Convention Liaison council and Green Globe, the ecological and environmental association of the international hospitality industry.

She was the chairperson for the 2002 and 2003 Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation Treasure Hunt. She chaired and produced the 2002 NCCJ/Harlem Globetrotters 75th anniversary party and the 2003 Arizona Science Center Gala Saturday Night with Jay Leno. Montana is also an internationally renowned soprano who has performed as a soloist in concert and recitals.

Most recently she added to her credits that of producer as she produced the successful New York off-Broadway production of the award nominated Bartenders, which enjoyed a yearlong run at the John Houseman Studio Theater.
