My job is to help groups of people work together better, understand their common goals, and plan to achieve those goals during meetings or discussions. I like to read the topic Spells to make someone sick . In doing so, the facilitator remains "neutral", meaning I do not take a particular position in the discussion. Some convenient tools will try to help the group agree on any differences that already exist or arise in the meeting so that it has a solid basis for future action.
