I was always very active as a child & young adult. I cred for a mentally deficient aunt for 16 years. However, in 1999 I was diagnosed with COPD. In April of 2002 I underwent a hysterectomy for cervical cancer; in July of 2002 I underwent Lung Cancer Surgery. I have been cancer-free for 7 years now & I am truly blessed. I would love to share my knowledge on these topics as well as nutrition, exercise & life.
