Hello everybody my name is Cara. I live in Santa Cruz California and was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Getting a restful night's sleep is extremely difficult for me and I feel tired and lethargic all day long. I would like to start exercising, but I feel like I do not have the energy to do so.
