Fellow OCD Sufferer
I am an OCD sufferer whose life was recently turned upside down by a sudden relapse in symptoms. I finally got a proper diagnosis, discovered that I had OCD, and found the right treatment.
Since then I have eagerly learned as much as possible about the disorder, and in the process, discovered that far more of my life has probably been affected by OCD than I ever realized.
These are my reflections on how OCD has impacted my life, both in the past and the present, as well as a chance for me to share my ups and downs in the process of recovery. I hope that my thoughts and experiences resonate with other sufferers as theirs have resonated with and inspired me!
