Hello friends I am very glad to write my health story in this site. Health is the most important and valuable things in each and every one life. We spend lots of money to improve our body health. We are takes several treatments to maintaining our body health. I still maintaining body under normal weight by following the good food diet system. Every day I consume much amount of vegetables food. I prefer always the natural vegetables. Yes it contains many nutrition’s and minerals. It supplies huge amount energy to our body. It also maintains the fats and cholesterol in normal level. Lots of non-vegetarian people are think very hard to consuming this type of food diet. But it will give good results to everyone. I still am following this food diet system for maintaining my body in good health conditions.
