Was a cheerleader in HS. Always active and never struggled with weight or health issues. Then in adulthood I really started to battle with depresion and developed an alcohol addiction. My health rapidly declined. I was hospitalized a few times and found I had problems with my pancreas and if I continued to drink would develope diabetes. My weight also began climbing. I got the help I needed. Sober for 2 1/2 years, 50 lbs. lost, and all about how to maintain an helathy and active lifestyle. Know that mental health is just as important as physical health.
i feel like i need to lose weight i feel so fat. my husband say i'm fine but why don't i feel that way. i don't like the image i see in the mirror. what should i do first?help
