I missed 3 active pills of lo loestrin fe, the last day of week 2 and first 2 days of week 3 and started spotting. I took the 3 missed pills when I realized I missed them and continued taking them regularly. Could I be pregnant?

I started bleeding again on the last day (saturday) of week 3. We had unprotected sex on the Friday before I missed the first pill and again on the 3rd day (Monday) before I realized that I had missed 3 pills. I have been taking the pills everyday at my normal time since I took the 3 pill dose on Monday evening and I have 3 active blue and 2 active white pills left and have started to bleed again. I have been been feeling dizzy and lightheaded, the spotting is red but it is not a flow like my period. When can I take a pregnancy test (home or blood).
