1. What is the best way to cleanse your kidneys?

A: Cleansing is the most important thing for kidneys. Excess salt in your diet can cause kidney stone. So reduction of sodium helps prevent it. Drinking a lot of water cleanses the kidneys. 2. Will a heart that has become enlarged return to normal?

A: A person can develop an enlarged heart temporarily because of a stress on the body, such as pregnancy, or because of a medical condition, such as the weakening of the heart muscle, coronary artery disease, heart valve problems or abnormal heart rhythms.
