1. What is the best way to cleanse your kidneys?
A: Cleansing is the most important thing for kidneys. Excess salt in your diet can cause kidney stone. So reduction of sodium helps prevent it. Drinking a lot of water cleanses the kidneys. Also watermelon, celery, onion, and asparagus are diuretic foods, meaning they help cleanse the kidneys. Read the full answer here.
2. Will a heart that has become enlarged return to normal?
A: A person can develop an enlarged heart temporarily because of a stress on the body, such as pregnancy, or because of a medical condition, such as the weakening of the heart muscle, coronary artery disease, heart valve problems or abnormal heart rhythms.

4. How can we protect ourselves from EMR (electromagnetic radiation) and EMF (electromagnetic fields)?
A: Electromagnetic radiation is a form of radiant energy released by certain electromagnetic processes. Visible light is one type of electromagnetic radiation, other familiar forms are invisible electromagnetic radiations such as X-rays and radio waves.
