Impression:
1. Lateral tilting acromion with focal compression of the subjacent
rotator cuff with tiny, probably reactive subacromial/subdeltoid
fluid collection. Findings can be compatible with known clinical
symptoms of subacromial impingement. No significant degenerative
change.
2. Mildly thickened supraspinatus tendon possibly suggesting mild
tendinosis. No evidence for rotator cuff tear
thank you

Anonymous - First, we are not doctors and we do not provide medical advice. Second, this sounds like a question from a student doing homework. We don't help with school projects. Please seek the answer to this question from an appropriate source.
