If you have not had unprotected sex since your last period, there is no need to take a pregnancy test. If doing so will stop you from worrying, then take a test.
Are you feeling faint all the time? If not, when do you feel faint and what are you doing at the time? Do you feel lightheaded, weak or about to faint? Or do you feel as if the room is spinning, as if you were riding a merry-go-round?
Having 3 bowel movement each day is not a symptom of pregnancy, but possibly indicative of a bowel problem, such as Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome or ulcerative colitis.
I think it is time for you to make an appointment to be evaluated by your physician.
