Guide (reply to Anonymous)

Hello Anonymous,

Generally, ovulation happens in the middle of the menstrual cycle, about two weeks after your last period ended and two weeks before your next period is due.

I can appreciate how difficult it is to know when you are ovulating, with periods coming every two to three months.

Consider scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist to determine why you have such an irregular menstrual cycle.

Regards,
Maryann
