This article has confirmed my belief that a plant-based diet is really important for balancing hormones naturally!
Dr Dae makes a good point about animal-based foods not containing ANY of the necessary fibre to flush out hormones (and perform a range of other body functions, incl supporting digestion and immunity).
Will be looking for the other part of this article.
