I do not think there was a high risk for pregnancy and do not think you should take Plan B.
When did this happen? Pla B is effective in preventing pregnancy if taken within 72 hours of contraceptive failure. Without having intercourse, I don't see you at high risk.
Plan B is effective in preventing pregnancy by preventing ovulation.
DId your last period end on September 13? How many days did you have your period? How long is your menstrual cycle?
Ovulation happens mid cycle, about 2 weeks before your next period is due. It might have been too early for you to be ovulating.
