There is no way that your girlfriend could be pregnant if she had a heavy menstrual flow for two weeks. Back, stomach and breast pain are not symptoms of early pregnancy.
You both need to stop stressing over a possible pregnancy. I strongly suggest that your girlfriend schedules an appointment with her gynecologist or visit a women's health clinic to discuss and obtain some type of birth control. Any emergency contraceptive, such as Plan B, is effective in preventing an unwanted pregnancy, but is not intended to be used as a regular type of birth control.
