This is not a sign of pregnancy.
Plan B contains levonorgestrel, a progestin, which is a synthetic component similar to progesterone, which your ovaries produce.. The emergency contraceptive works by delaying or preventing ovulation, interfering with fertilization, and inhibit implantation by altering the lining of the uterus.

By taking Plan B twice in a short period of time, you have given your body an "overdose" of the synthetic hormone. The change in your normal menstrual cycle, having another period, is a side effect of the pill.
