Yes, there is the concern that you took Plan B, which contains a high dose of levonorgestrel, which is the same synthetic hormone found in birth control pills, and continue take your birth control pills.
Please contact your gynecologist about this high dosing of hormones.
It would have been better to have simply made up for the missed dose and used back up protection.
