Have you gotten your period yet? You are correct that stress can cause a delay in the start of your period.
I can appreciate how confused you must be from all that you have read.
Implantation bleeding is pink or brown spotting. It lasts about two to three days, never increases to a flow, and goes away on its own. It occurs about six to 12 days following conception.
Anonymous, I do not think you were at risk for becoming pregnant during intercourse on July 16. That was too early for ovulation to occur. Ovulation occurs mid cycle about two weeks before the start of your period. You had intercourse two days after your period ended. Without a released egg to be fertilized, there was no risk for pregnancy.
Plan B prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. Considering when you took the pill, that can explain why your period is late.
