Hello Anonymous,

Start with your eating habits. If you do not like to eat three meals a day, consider five small but healthy meals instead. Fruit or vegetables cut up make a good mid day snack.

Next, work on reducing your stress levels. Listening to calming music, taking a leisurely walk and meditation may help.
