Even if you did conceive when you had sex in January, that early pregnancy was lost when you bleed for most of the month of February.
A period that lasts almost one month is abnormal. Missing a period entirely for one month suggests a hormonal imbalance.
The menstrual cycle is regulated by a very precise balance of hormones. Any upset to that balance leads to irregularities.
