I doubt dry humping caused your girlfriend's period to be late by one day, last only two days and the discharge to be white then brown. Are her periods normally regular?
What do you mean by blackening of the vagina?
In regards to her other symptoms, I do not think pregnancy is the cause, unless she has had unprotected vaginal intercourse since her last normal period.
She might want to schedule an appointment with her gynecologist or primary care physician.
