Pre ejaculated fluid itself does not contain sperm.
Following an ejaculation, some sperm can remain in the urethra. This is a tube through which both urine and semen pass. Once he urinates, any sperm are flushed out. If he does not urinate, some sperm can be in his pre ejaculate fluid.
