Next Choice will cause irregularities in your menstrual cycle and how your period presents. It may take a month or two to get back to what you normally experienced. What really concerns me is that you took a pregnancy test. Are you continuing to have unprotected sex? Emergency contraception is (as the name implies) for emergency use and is not a form of birth control. It reeks havoc with your body. Please, start using birth control regularly and do not rely on an emergency contraception.
