Oral contraceptives protect a woman from an unwanted pregnancy be preventing ovulation. Vaginal bleeding during the inactive or placebo week is withdrawal bleeding.
Have you taken a pill at the same time each day beginning with Friday?
If so, then you have been protected, would not be ovulating and not at risk of becoming pregnant.
