Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. I suggest asking your doctor about sinus rinsing. It is an isotonic or hypertonic solution that you use with either a neti pot or specialized bottle to flush your nasal passage/sinuses. It can help decrease sinus drainage--which sounds (from my experience) like your primary problem. I know this problem, it is frustrating. You also can try a nasal decongestant (ask your doctor about proper use and product suggestions). I also have been trying vitamin supplements including one containing N-Acetyl-L-Cystine to increase immunity that has worked for me. My wellness doctor also has suggested an anti-inflammatory diet. For example, turmeric is known to decrease inflammation.
